L&#8217;analyse de la formule sanguine compl\u00e8te (Fbc) est effectu\u00e9e pour obtenir des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les cellules sanguines, aidant ainsi au diagnostic et \u00e0 la surveillance des conditions h\u00e9matologiques. De plus, l&#8217;expertise en s\u00e9rologie des groupes sanguins, en particulier des syst\u00e8mes Abo et Rh, garantit la compatibilit\u00e9 transfusionnelle. Les recherches du d\u00e9partement sur les r\u00e9actions sanguines et plasmatiques avec des r\u00e9actifs sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e9largissent la compr\u00e9hension de la biochimie et de
